Return and Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for domestic (U.S.) orders only. To begin a return, email us at support@damaskjewelry.com. Returns or refund requests after 7 days won’t be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure your refund is processed, make sure to send us the tracking number—without it, we're unable to issue a refund for lost packages. The item must be shipped back within the 7-day return window.

Clearance and international purchases are final sale, meaning they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

Refunds are only issued after we receive and inspect the item, which may take a few days. Please note: original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

 

We also aren’t responsible for packages returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses, or for those marked refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable. These are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
